Auto Assembly 2013 Non-Attendee Pack Update

AA2013 Logo

We just wanted to bring you a quick update on the Auto Assembly 2013 Non-Attendee Pack for those of you who ordered them last year and are still waiting for them. As we have said on here in posts and updates over the last few months and on our Facebook page, we have unfortunately experienced a number of delays to shipping these which has lead to immeasurable frustration for all of you and for that we cannot apologise enough.

We are making progress with these and we are in the closing stages of getting these ready to send out to everyone. The final thing we had been waiting for were the convention exclusive t-shirts that were being included as part of the packs and we are now just waiting for these to come back to us from the printers and we are anticipating delivery of these by the end of January. We do know that this is of little comfort for those of you who have been waiting patiently, but in the meantime we are working hard to ensure that bonus items above and beyond the initial items stated in the packs will be included. Because of limited availability, not everyone will receive the same bonus items but we promise that you will all receive something extra.

Sadly, because of the difficulties we have had with the 2013 Pack, we will not be offering further Non-Attendee Packages in the future. We know that this will be a disappointment to many of you wanting to obtain any exclusive toys or add-on kits that we may produce but we will look to see if it is possible to make limited supplies of these available after the convention should surplus stocks remain although they may not be at the same price as convention attendees.

Unfortunately, when we have been working with so many different partners in producing the Non-Attendee Packs, it has lead to some supply issues and the 2012 Packs were plagued with logistical supply difficulties so rather than making anyone suffer inexcuseable delays, we felt that cancelling future packs was the only fair thing for us to do.

We do want to thank all of you for your support and patience with this.
