Many of you have booked tickets for Auto Assembly 2013 and are still waiting for your confirmation emails. We have been hoping to have sent these out to all of you by now, but we are still waiting for details from our convention venue, the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel regarding the online booking system for accomodation for the convention. Rather than sending all of you several emails with your booking confirmation and then more with extra details and then additional information with hotel bookings, we have been waiting until we have had everything ready to send all at once. However, if we haven’t received the details from the Hilton in the next week then we will start to send out confirmation emails but rest assured that all of your bookings – and complimentary places for Auto Assembly 2012 volunteers – are safely stored on our system and are ready to be processed.
