Auto Assembly 2012 Pass Reminders

Auto Assembly 2012 Logo

We thought we would take this opportunity to remind all of you about how bookings work for Auto Assembly 2012 and how you will all receive your passes for the convention as we know that there is still some confusion for some of you who may be attending Auto Assembly for the first time this year.

When you register for the convention, you will be sent a confirmation email. As well as containing important information about Auto Assembly 2012 and a link to the Hilton’s dedicated website that they have set up for us so you can book your hotel accommodation at the special convention rate, this email will also have details of your ticket numbers and will act as your “e-ticket” to the convention so it is vital that you keep this email safe. In August, you will need to print off a copy of this email and bring it along with you to the convention where you will need to present it to our Registration Desk. You will then be given your pass and goodie bag. Please note that we will not be posting anything out to you but we will send out regular updates on the convention via email so keep checking for these.

You must wear your convention pass at all times during the convention weekend or you will not be allowed into any of the convention function rooms so please keep this pass safe. If you lose your confirmation email or forget to bring it with you, we will have measures in place to check your identify before presenting you with your pass.

Finally, if you have registered for the convention and have not received your confirmation email within seven days of booking, please contact us. We are aware that there are problems with people who have hotmail accounts registered to their PayPal accounts so please check your spam filters and junk mail folders first incase your confirmation email has been sent there.
