It goes without saying that running any convention takes a lot of hard work and determination and Auto Assembly is no exception. While I have a fantastic team working with me who have helped Auto Assembly grow to become Europe’s largest Transformers Convention, we can’t do it alone… we need YOUR help.
Once again we’re looking for volunteers to help us out this year at Auto Assembly 2013. We are looking for attendees who are able to spare a few hours over the weekend with various duties – these can be incredibly varied from helping out in our Games Room, assisting us with different programme items taking place over the weekend, ensuring that the convention is safe from gatecrashers, or even helping us making newcomers feel welcome. While we can’t pay anyone for helping out, we are offering incentives for those of you who can help and get involved over the weekend and the more time you can spare, the more we can offer in return!
Please note that you must already be registered for the convention to become a volunteer but if you are interested the download the Auto Assembly 2013 Volunteer Pack now and it will contain all the information you need as well as a form that you need to email back to us. This is in Word format but we will be uploading this as a PDF shortly for those who need it.
