Dear friends,
It has come to our attention that a demonstration is taking place in the vicinity of the Hilton today (Friday 9th August 2013) and there are people who will be in costume taking part in this. To ensure that Auto Assembly attendees are not confused with these demonstrators, we ask that attendees refrain from wearing any costumes at Auto Assembly today. While we know that this will be a disappointment to many of you who have put effort into your costumes, we want to ensure that the well-being of our attendees is of top priority so we ask for your patience and co-operation.
We expect this to be over before the end of today and everything to be back to normal tomorrow but please listen out at the convention for updates.
