Auto Assembly 2013 is just a few days away and with pre-registrations closed and setting a new European record already for a Transformers convention, we’re already set for another fantastic year. Despite tickets selling incredibly well before the convention, it’s not too late for YOU to be a part of Auto Assembly 2013…
To get your tickets for Europe’s Largest Transformers Convention, all you need to do is come along to the convention itself at any point over the convention weekend from Friday 9th – Sunday 11th August 2013 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, England and you can buy your tickets on the door. Tickets are available for the full weekend (which covers Friday – Sunday) or single day tickets for Saturday or Sunday only.
PRICES / PRICE STRUCTURE
As our costs rise each year running the convention we try to keep the ticket prices down as best as we can but unfortunately we are having to increase the prices slightly for Auto Assembly 2013. As such, tickets for Auto Assembly 2013 will be £50 for Adults for the weekend, and £38 for Youth and Elderly passes. However, admission to the convention for Under 6s will still be FREE!
One day passes are £28 for adults and £22 for concessions. These are only valid for the day that they are purchased and may not be transferred. While the convention runs from Friday until Sunday, the Friday evening and Saturday evening programmes are NOT available to one-day ticket holders.
Please note that one day tickets will be strictly limited so if you wish to attend for just the Saturday or Sunday you will need to book sooner rather than later. We appreciate that the majority of you want to attend Auto Assembly 2013 for the full weekend to make sure that you see all of the guest panels and see our script reading so we have reserved the majority of our tickets as weekend passes. If you are undecided about whether or not a weekend pass is for you, just take a look at the programme that will be on the site shortly or some of our Youtube videos showing some of our Saturday night programme items (that are exclusive to weekend pass holders) and see what you might be missing out on!
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Auto Assembly 2013 is open to Transformers fans of all ages. However, it is the policy of the convention that we will not allow anyone under the age of 16 at Auto Assembly 2013 unless accompanied by an adult. If you are under 16 and arrive at the convention alone, you will be turned away. This is also the Hilton’s policy as they do not allow under 16s in the hotel without adult supervision. We will not make any exception to this rule.
For the purpose of bookings, Youth Passes are available to those aged under 18 at the time of the convention. Elderly are aged 60 or over at the time of the convention.
BUYING TICKETS
As we said, to buy your tickets, simply come along to the convention and head straight to our Registration Desk which will be located in our main hall inside the Hilton’s Palace Suite. Tickets will be on sale from 6:00 pm on Friday and again at 9:30 am on Saturday and Sunday.
