If you haven’t booked your hotel room for Auto Assembly 2013 yet then you need to hurry! The Hilton contacted us yesterday to let us know that rooms are selling out FAST! They now only have a few rooms left for the Friday night and while they do have more rooms available for the Saturday and the Sunday (for those of you who won’t be able to join us earlier in the weekend) these are in very limited supply as well. Naturally we will keep you all posted should the Hilton get any late cancellations and any more rooms become available for our attendees but right now we would advise all of you to book your rooms in the Hilton over the next couple of days to avoid disappointment.
We are going to make every effort to arrange discounts for the rest of you with other nearby hotels either on the NEC complex itself or at Birmingham International Airport which has several hotel options there. If any of you are happy with looking at group travel options for taxis for your journeys or who are happy with a 10 minute train journey, then we can also recommend considering hotels in Birmingham City Centre as well. However, we do appreciate that the use of trains will limit the time that you can spend with us at the convention during the evening because of train running times (the last train leaving for Birmingham City Centre at weekends departs at 23:48).
