Hasbro celebrating 35th anniversary of “Transformers” franchise with new campaign

“More than meets the eye” is the name of the new campaign launched by Hasbro to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the “Transformers” franchise. The aim of the campaign (which you can follow via #morethanmeetstheeye) is to highlight how both fans and members of creative teams behind the franchise are “more than meets the eye”.

The first video features the ever-amazing Angela Bassett, part of the cast of “Bumblebee” (and many other things, including “Boyz n the hood” and Marvel’s “Black Panther”). Not only is she a Golden Globe Award winner, but she’s also a graduate of Yale College and Yale University. You can watch her video here:

Hasbro will be releasing new videos every month, featuring all kinds of people touched by the franchise, all telling the story of how they are #morethanmeetstheeye.
