We know that not everyone is able to make the trip to Auto Assembly. For some it’s a case of getting time off work, but for many of you who live overseas the distance is a major factor. Because of this, we have been producing a Non-Attendee Pack for the last few years to ensure that many of you can still be involved with the convention and this is the perfect way! Not only will this allow you to get the convention’s goodie bag, but also access to all our convention exclusives plus many more great items!
Anyway, we are offering two options to get the Non-Attendee Package so please read this carefully to make sure that you order the right pack for you and that you understand what you will receive and when you will receive the pack. We want to be clear in advance about what you will receive and the restrictions so we can be as fair as possible to everyone. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any errors that you may make during the ordering process.
PRICES
While everything here may seem confusing, there are SIX prices for the Non-Attendee Package. This is based on the content of the package and where you live as it takes into account accurate postage and packing costs. We will come onto the contents of the packs in a moment, but because of the weight and size of the Package this year we have had to make special arrangements for shipping. For UK based orders, we are able to send the Pack in a single mailing. However, for international orders, all the courier services we have investigated offer different pricing systems and rather than charging by weight, they charge by a combination of physical size and weight, whichever is the greater.
If we were to package everything up in a single mailing box, the international shipping charge (depending on the location) would have cost us anything up to £80 but by splitting this into two smaller packages we are able to reduce this by almost 30%. We do appreciate that the international packs are expensive, but over a third of the total cost is taken up with shipping costs alone.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your Non-Attendee Pack will contain all of the items from our Auto Assembly 2013 Goodie Bag but with a few added extras:-
- The Cybertronian Times Issue 14 Convention Magazine SIGNED by our guests
- Personalised Auto Assembly 2013 Pass and Lanyard
- Set of Auto Assembly 2013 Convention Exclusive Postcards
- A CD-ROM containing a collection of back issues of The Cybertronian Times and our new fanzine CT Alpha in digital form (exclusive to Non-Attendees)
- An Auto Assembly 2013 Exclusive t-shirt (choice of four designs in a variety of sizes and colours)
- Robot Manuel X – the Auto Assembly 2013 convention exclusive toy
- The Bad Cop kitbash add-on for the Transformers: Prime First Edition Vehicon toy. This is an optional add-on and two versions of the Non-Attendee Pack are available, with or without the Bad Cop kit.
Plus other additional surprise items which we are currently working on.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Because of the number of Robot Manuel X toys and Bad Cop kits that we have available, these Non-Attendee Packs are limited in quantity. We have 35 of the Packs available containing everything (including the Bad Cop kit) and a further 35 containing just the Robot Manuel X toy, making a total of 70 Non-Attendee Packs. We will update this page as often as we can regarding the number of Packs that are still available, but we advise you to order as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment as we are not able to update the order list in real-time so some may have sold out so if some quantities are low, we advise that you place your order as soon as possible.
Because of these limited numbers, Packs are limited to one per person.
PRICES
As we have said, there are six versions of the Pack available, depending on whether you want the Bad Cop kit or not and is based on your location because of shipping costs. They are:

- EU – £135 inclusive of airmail shipping
- Rest of the World – £160 inclusive of airmail shipping
Deluxe Pack (includes Bad Cop kit)
- UK – £120 inclusive of Special Delivery shipping
- EU – £150 inclusive of airmail shipping
- Rest of the World – £175 inclusive of airmail shipping
Please make sure that you order the correct Pack for your country as mistakes cannot be corrected afterwards.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU HAVE ORDERED?
Once you have ordered your Pack, you will be allocated a ticket number and within a few days you’ll be sent an email confirming your ticket numbers, the names of everyone you have ordered a Non-Attendee Pack for, and details of which version of the Pack that you have ordered, and some general information about the convention as well. After this, we may send out a few other progress report emails but the most important email you will receive from us is your order confirmation email so keep this safe as you will need it later on…
At this point we will also contact you regarding the t-shirts to confirm what design, colour and size you require for your t-shirt so we can ensure that the correct one is available for you. The t-shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL and a range of colours – black, white, grey, red, bottle green and royal blue. Childrens and women’s sizes are also available.
Shortly after the convention once we have all of the items and have your copy of the magazine signed, everything will be shipped to you. We are aiming to have these packs sent within a few weeks of the convention ending depending on how many orders we have received for the Non-Attendee Package but we will post updates on the website. Packs in the UK will be sent out by first class mail and all international packs will be sent via airmail so they should arrive within a few days to a week at most and we will ensure that we get proof of postage upon despatch.
