For those of you who have booked your tickets for Auto Assembly 2012, you will have now received your booking confirmation emails for the convention containing details of your ticket numbers for the event, along with information about booking your hotel room and additional information about the convention itself.
However, we are aware that a few of these emails haven’t got through to you. This mainly seems to be a problem affecting those of you whose PayPal accounts are linked to a Hotmail email address. When you book, please check your spam box first incase your confirmation email has been redirected there by mistake but we have found that our email account that we use for our bookings is being blocked by some Hotmail accounts. To avoid this, please ensure that our account, email@example.com is added to your approved sender list.
If you have booked and not received your confirmation email, please get in touch with us at our main email address – firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get a replacement email sent to you.
Finally, please ensure that you keep your confirmation email safe as you will need this to pick up your pass and goodie bag at the convention itself!
